23 November / VIP part opening
A company needs continuity. An investor needs a reliable view of potential and risks. A partner needs a clear role. None of these perspectives is enough on its own.
Disordered data, dependence on key people, unclear goals and unnamed risks stand in the way of succession or raising capital. The programme shows how to identify these barriers, assemble the right skills and start a conversation about the next steps.
You’ll get most from the conference if you work with companies on succession, growth, capital raising or transactions.
Discover your role in M&A processes in the SME sector. Use your relationships and experience to help create valuable transactions.
Explore new investment perspectives, exchange experience and find opportunities to collaborate on acquisitions.
Combine legal, tax, financial or sector expertise with the needs of specific transaction projects.
Want to discuss partnership or sponsorship? That’s a separate conversation, independent of registering to attend.
The programme helps you assess a project, your role and the possible next step.
How to recognise the need for succession, capital or transaction preparation?
When to consider a sale, partial investment or growing with the current owner?
Which competencies to provide yourself, and whom to bring into the process?
How to pass the topic on while preserving the relationship with the company and clarity of responsibilities?
The first evening is for getting to know each other. The second day delivers practical knowledge and examples. The third shows how to spot the right projects and connect them with the right path and people.

Small-group conversations around the sectors and topics covered on stage.
A case of a company needing a partial investor: from tidying up the situation to matching capital with the growth plan.

Key takeaways of the day and questions that will start the discussion on qualifying projects for the next day.
Draft programme. Times, session order and speakers may change.
The programme will be led by Grow4U partners — practitioners who handle M&A transactions in the SME segment daily. Names of additional speakers will be published after their participation is confirmed.

He leads M&A processes in the SME segment — with over 130 closed transactions. At Grow4U he is responsible for strategy, partner network development and key negotiations. He specializes in medical projects where team continuity and operational stability matter as much as price.

When does change become a business necessity, and when is it an opportunity for the next stage?
Financials, contracts, taxes, people and risks — the first checkpoints.
How to choose the financing structure to match the company’s goal, rather than starting from valuation?
What should go into the documents and when can insurance support the deal?
How can AIG4 bring market participants together around an organised process?
Maciej Świerczyński
Michał Choroszyński
Monika MuchaG4U organises and oversees the process: from identifying the company’s needs, through preparation and choosing the path, to assembling the right expertise, investor or buyer. The host’s role is coherence of actions and accountability for the next steps — not replacing the transaction parties.
An ecosystem of a shared process.
AIG4 is the first transactional readiness system on the Polish market created by M&A practitioners — people who themselves run company sales and acquisitions.
AIG4 is built on Grow4U’s daily practice in running M&A transactions in the SME segment — so the system organises the process as it works in practice: from assessing company readiness, through expert collaboration, to conversations with investors. At the conference we will present the platform’s development direction; the rollout depends on solution readiness. We will also discuss the Transactional Readiness System and SGI — the path for firms considering a minority investor and growth capital.
